敬拜是一种生活方式.你是否只在教会唱圣歌和举起手来赞美敬拜时敬拜神呢? 不! 就算你在外面或甚至和你朋友的时候你都可敬拜祂.
简单的说敬拜就是把你最好的给神和让你所做的一切都 讨神的喜悦.你的生活方式是讨神的喜悦吗?
就像在歌罗西书里说但现在你们要弃绝这一切的事，以及恼恨、忿怒、恶毒（注：或作“阴毒”）、毁谤，并口中污秽的言语。” 你在生活中都在说那些话语? 是那些不造就的话语或是那些帮助他人增加信心的话语?
你有为了想要被你朋友接受而和他们一去做坏事,让神伤心难过吗? 或是你有在家中有对你父母不礼貌吗?你认为做这些事情会讨神的喜悦吗? 简单的说敬拜就是把你所做的一切你最好的给神.就算小到把垃圾扔到对的地方和在地铁站里让位给老人.

The different situations we face may seems to be hopeless and helpless, but do keep in mind that Jesus is our ever-present help! We can always call upon Him for strength to overcome the situations! so just have a little faith and trust God in all that you’re in. :)
